NBC Environment

NBC Environment was founded in 1993 by John Dickson with the support of the Princes Trust. The company has more than 25 years' experience in the pest control industry. Its London team leader is Mikael Chu Foon and its London contracts manager is Michael Jacobs. The London team provides BPCA approved solutions. NBC Environment was acquired by US-based Rollins Inc in April 2022. It has worked on research and conservation projects with Bird Strike, Natural England, OPRED and the Scottish Natural Heritage.

Clients include Tesco, the RAF, and Thames Water. The London service area covers City of London, Westminster, Kensington and Chelsea, Hammersmith and Fulham, East London, Wandsworth, Lambeth, Southwark, Tower Hamlets, Hackney, Islington, Camden, Brent, and Ealing. NBC Environment offers pest control and bird control services for commercial, industrial and residential properties.

Bird control, environmental health and animal welfare work across London brings repeat praise for the technicians who carry it out. Kerry is commended for her polite and informative handling of rodent problems, with three visits resolving a serious infestation, while Callum is noted for his knowledge and the practical advice he offers, and for dealing with a wasp nest effectively after arriving on the same day it was reported. Rob receives similar credit for his communication during visits to remove rats from cavities and a loft, and for suggesting ways to deter mice from returning; Chris is remembered for professionalism and for texting each day with an estimated arrival time; Michael Seddon's treatment is linked to a marked drop in bites.

Reviewers often mention thoroughness and clear explanations before and after appointments, and an honest assessment that gave one customer peace of mind features among the accounts. Follow-up visits that cleared a long-standing problem after earlier attempts had failed are also described, alongside a clean and efficient resolution to a wasp nest. The standard of the work and the manner of the staff are what clients highlight most consistently.
