They came out promptly to deal with a wasps’ nest under the floor, explained clearly what they were doing and were both friendly, professional and genuinely knowledgeable. The treatment worked perfectly and the wasps were gone shortly afterwards. David also said he would return if there was still any activity, which gave me real confidence in the service. Fair price, reliable and highly recommended.

Dave certainly knows his job. He never did find the mystery rat that chewed two holes in our french doors threshold yet left no other indicators, but it wasn't for want of trying. He was very thorough in his search, much more so than the nationwide company we used at first , and unlike them, only charged us when we were satisfied that every avenue had been explored. He gave useful advice and discussed with us the measures we could take. He would have been more satisfied if we could have had more rodent evidence so that he himself could take further measures but that didn't happen. We are happy to recommend this firm.
Very professional service from start to finish!! Arrived promptly, explained the treatment that would be required to eradicate the wasps nest in the roof and within a couple of hours they were gone. Would highly recommended this company 10/10
