Thank you very much for amazing work done. They worked very hard despite the awful heat. Cleaned everything up. Amazing communication aswell. 10/10 service I definitely recommend it to everyone.

Despite us explicitly asking to bring a ladder and potentially requiring two people - they turned up with no ladder, were not able to access the location to take a proper look, and also charged us anyway. When we queried this, they stated they had recorded call evidence of what was said so we requested the call recording only for it to mysteriously now be not kept due to "data protection" - we've ended up paying this invoice as we literally do not have the time to keep arguing about it however we will never use them again and will be strongly advising others to not do the same

Called Pest UK who came out very quickly. Ricked arrived at the time speculated and removed the pigeon from the back of our fireplace. Ticked even went on the roof and popped a grill over the chime so that a bird didn’t fall down again!! Thank you Rick!!

Don’t call ever them just waste of money. Not effective at all. I see spider from the day they did spray and till next 3 months. Charging again money to come back . Waste of money totally.

Pest uk offered an outstanding service, reliable and quick. Kev the technician was friendly and professional and explained the process throughly. I am in Milton Keynes and he arrived within a couple of hours of my call to the office. I would highly recommend this company as I have used other companies and pestuk were the best by far. After suspecting rats had found their way into my loft, I contacted Pest UK and they had Danny round the same day. He was incredibly respectful of myself and my home, and did an initial survey to confirm my suspicions and identify any potential points of entry. He laid bait in various places and we booked in a return visit 2 weeks later to check the bait and see if it were any more obvious how they were getting in. He also went above and beyond in speaking to my neighbours that share my terrace (with my permission of course) on any activity they might have seen and steps they can take, as well as making sure my neighbour who's cat frequents my garden was aware of the tamper-proof bait placed along our shared fence. On the second visit he let me know which baits had been taken and what next steps I could take. I greatly appreciate that along with explaining how rats get into houses, he also explained what steps I could ask Pest UK to take to proof the house as well as how I could undertake those steps myself depending on how comfortable with DIY I am, potentially saving a couple of hundred pounds. Now we've narrowed down the point of entry to an unused but still open pipe out in the street, I'll be contacting Thames Water to sort it our from their end!
