Reading Pest Controllers Ltd

Reading Pest Controllers Ltd is a pest control company with over 25 years of experience. It serves residential, commercial, and industrial clients. The company's technicians are trained and licensed. It uses non-toxic treatments. All treatments carry a minimum 3-month warranty.

Its service area includes Reading, Woodley, Wokingham, Earley, Caversham, Winnersh, Twyford, Tilehurst, Henley-on-Thames, Newbury, Maidenhead, Windsor, Slough, and Bracknell. Services offered include rat extermination, squirrel removal, bed bug treatment, cockroach extermination, carpet moth control, loft clearance, wasp nest removal, ant control, and bird control.

Households across the Reading area turn to this team for wasp nest removal, rat and ant treatment and bird control work such as stainless steel spike installation, and the feedback is consistently positive. Ash, also referred to as Ashu, is named repeatedly by customers, who describe him as friendly, approachable and knowledgeable, with a habit of going the extra mile to explain what will be done and why. The care taken over safety precautions before and during treatment comes up often, as does the thoroughness of the follow-up: several customers note that the technician checked the problem was fully resolved before leaving and kept them updated throughout.

Punctuality and responsiveness are recurring themes, with appointments kept as arranged and messages sent ahead of arrival, and quick turnarounds are frequently remarked upon, including one instance of same-day attendance. Reviews time and again mention clear communication about both the treatment required and the timing of visits. Pricing is described as reasonable and, on at least one occasion, better than competing quotes. Tidiness and a willingness to return if an issue persists also feature in the accounts, alongside the effectiveness of the treatments carried out in gardens, lofts and around the home.
