Bird netting, bird spikes and loft decontamination recur across the accounts, with pigeons and sea gulls successfully dealt with on balconies, awkward to reach window ledges and commercial premises. A point that comes up often is how swiftly the team responds, including two occasions when a bird was trapped in an extractor fan and both the fan and the bird came away unharmed.

A number of reviews mention that a site visit precedes any quotation, with one arranging an early appointment to fit their schedule. Tidiness is another common thread, customers describing surfaces left neat and the surrounding area cleaned to a high standard once work is finished. Harry, the operations manager, receives frequent praise for his professional approach and depth of know-how, while Vasil and the wider team are credited with the expertise needed to resolve pigeon issues.

The breadth of technical understanding and the way products are applied are singled out, as is pricing that customers regard as fair for the calibre of work. Those in the trade describe years of dependable service, passing jobs across that are completed without complications, and the accommodating manner and clear communication are noted throughout. Clearing and decontaminating a loft after birds had lived in a roof space is among the tasks described.
