Wasp Control Services

Wasp Control Services is a pest control company based in Birmingham that specialises in the removal and treatment of wasp nests for residential and commercial properties across the West Midlands. It has over 10 years of experience in the pest control industry. All technicians hold the RSPH Level 2 Award in Pest Management.

The company treats wasp nests located in roof spaces, in the ground, in wall cavities, and in garden sheds. It uses suitable protective gear at all times during treatments. The company works with local beekeepers who may assist with the removal of honey bees. Services include wasp nest treatment and removal.

Wasp Control Services handles nest removals in Birmingham and the surrounding area, and the feedback gathered from customers centres almost entirely on the work of Sam. A theme running through the accounts is the speed of the initial response, with enquiries sent through the website answered the same evening and visits arranged for the following morning. Sam is described as arriving at the agreed time and dealing with nests tucked into lofts and roofs quickly, in some cases within ten to fifteen minutes. Customers value being shown the nest, having the treatment explained and receiving clear guidance on what to expect afterwards, including a written report and follow-up advice.

The manner of communication is consistently praised, particularly the reassurance offered to those who found an infestation unsettling, and the patience shown in answering questions about how nests are formed. Charges are repeatedly called fair and agreed in advance. Several people who had previously been cautious about hiring a tradesperson note that the experience was straightforward, and many say they would book again for future nests, with one householder describing a stressful problem resolved by a prompt next-day visit.
