A1 Pest Control in Edinburgh delivers pest removal work centred on Gareth, whose name runs through the accounts left by those who have used the service. Reviews regularly refer to how quickly he responds once contact is made, arriving promptly to deal with rats, mice and a wasp nest in a roof. An aspect raised across a number of reviews is the thorough approach taken: the immediate problem is removed, further activity is checked for, and practical advice follows on keeping rodents out, including blocking entry points around floorboards and lofts.

His manner is described as polite, approachable and knowledgeable, with the same person seeing the job through. Customers also value the tidiness shown, with treated areas left clean after the removal. The range of work covered in the accounts includes rodents dealt with in kitchens, lofts and between floors. Explanations of what is being done, alongside suggestions for preventing a return, feature in what people write. Reliability, clear communication and an efficient, professional service without fuss are the themes that recur, and Gareth's readiness to come back and check on progress is noted more than once.
