Highly recommended. Jarvis of Pest Solutions undertook a rodent eradication programme at our property after rats were spotted in our rear garden. His service was prompt, punctual, efficient and thoroughly professional at all times. Jarvis is highly knowledgeable and experienced and a very pleasant person and he did a really excellent job. Again, I would highly recommend Pest Solutions.
Ceri was excellent, really kind and friendly, always kept me updated and answered any questions I had. From the first treatment I had no further moth activity and everything has been great since! Definitely recommend.
We had mice in the cavity walls of our 3 bedroom flat making a loud racket gnawing and scraping at night. We phoned Pest Solutions. Jarvis was assigned to our case. On his first visit Jarvis quickly determined the problem to be field mice. He worked out how they were acquiring access and where they had been. He placed traps and tethering wires strategically. He made a total of 4 weekly visits. After two weeks there were already no new signs of infestation. He blocked up internal and external entry points using appropriate materials. Jarvis was always punctual and at all times agreeable and professional, and kept us well informed at all stages.
I would have given Ceri more than 5 stars if I could. Her lovely, friendly personality was immediately reassuring and calming. She was very knowledgeable and informative and dealt brilliantly with our nervous and noisy dog ( she eventually became his best friend 🧡). Thank you so much Ceri.
