It provides domestic, commercial and contracted work for local councils, commercial companies, schools, housing associations and hospitals.

Householders dealing with rats and other pests around Liverpool feature in the accounts left for Action Pest Control Facilities Ltd, and thoroughness runs through them. Peter is named for the care taken during one treatment, and a contact number was passed on so that a shed problem could be sorted afterwards. A customer who had rats in a kitchen reports same-day attendance, practical advice on tackling the infestation and repeat monitoring until the matter was resolved.

Quick response, persistent follow-up and a professional manner recur across the feedback, together with the view that the treatment represented good value for the money paid. The guidance offered was treated as sound and worth acting on, and the work extended to outbuildings as well as domestic rooms. Communication held up from the first call through the later checks, so that the customer knew where things stood at each stage. The willingness to stay with a job until the infestation clears, and the regular monitoring that accompanies it, are the concrete points customers keep returning to.
