Excellent and very friendly service from start to finish. Sam initially took my call, was extremely helpful and got me booked in for the following day for wasps nest removal. Excellent service! I contacted BC Pest Solutions and they managed to squeeze me in with less than 24 hours notice! I had noticed an alarming number of mice in my home (a tenement flat) in the Southside of Glasgow. They quoted me a fantastic price and explained their 3-visit approach. The first visit showed their experience straight away and they were able to easily locate the problem area. They explained everything to me clearly and it was apparent from the outset that they had a wealth of knowledge and experience. They also explained how mice can be dealt with in a humane way, which was something that was incredibly important to me and, evidently, to them. They were incredibly reassuring and thorough. I cannot recommend them enough. It truly was a 5 star service.

Brian was great, very knowledgeable and had various methods of dealing with our mice problem. Also, great to know that he will be not just getting rid of the problem but also adding in proofing to prevent them coming again!
