For one set price, Jack came 4 times and genuinely seemed to want to find and fix the problem instead of just saying βitβs doneβ. From rat traps in the loft, UV trail powder and concreting a suspect hole by the outside wall he was determined to solve the small rat problem we had. Jack was very pleasant too and also talked through each process and showed us what he was doing and the results. Would definitely recommend. Six stars !
Brilliant business that is informed and can actually solve the problem. This was the 3rd pest control I contacted and Jack called me back within an 1-2hrs about these bird mites that were coming in my bedroom from a nest next door. He explained exactly what it was (the other two companies I contacted couldnβt even identify what they were) and how it would be treated and booked me in for 2 days later. Got the treatment done and itβs been nearly 2 months and have see nothing since. Highly recommend this business! I was suffering for a whole month with these pests and this pest control company / Jack had it was sorted in literally 3 days. Really grateful - and god forbid if something like this happens again- this will be the first place I call.
Jack dealt with a wasps nest for us. He was so helpful and friendly and explained everything thoroughly. Did the job effectively, and gave us a number to call if the wasps came back or anything. Highly recommend!

Great having Jack around for the past month or so. He has been chosen by our landlord and has thoroughly checked our areas within the house to make sure there were no more signs of rats.
