Wow!! RodentX pest control. Brilliant job!!!! Deborah was my first point of contact and she phoned straight back when she said she would after contacting technition to get my appointment time. She was pleasant and professional. Graham was the technition. amazing job! Lots of great advice and again a very pleasant and efficient professional. Very professional and friendly, had carpet Beatles and Graham from RodentX went through the steps thoroughly of what needed to be done and at the same time was very reassuring that they will be gone, and he was right, no problems since, can be reached easily if any questions needed to be asked, very happy with results, will definitely recommend and use again if ever needed!
Recently had Rodent X out to help with a pest control issue. I phoned quite late on the day we found the issue and Graham booked to come and help the next day. Firstly, Deborah was supportive and helpful over the phone and checked in throughout the process. Graham was friendly and knowledgeable and was quick to act.
