Great fast service from Ian when we discovered a rat infestation and Ian came out the same day to treat the house. We paid one price which covered however many visits it took to eradicate them. Ian visited 3 times and we were happy the problem was solved through he made it clear that he would have visited as often as it took to ensure this (most of the companies I looked at on line only provide 2 visits) Ian was polite, professional and knowledgable. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again and would highly recommend
Ian was great, he was so quick at replying and putting us at ease about the wasp nest. And then he came the next day and sorted it effectively, quickly and was friendly, reliable and professional. Would definitely recommend him as my family recommended him and he was actually brilliant! Sorted the issue out so fast, we were so grateful for the help.

Ian is an absolute angel and one of the most honest professionals I've ever spoken to.
