I phoned today and the person who answered was able to sort out my problem over the phone. She asked appropriate questions, worked out what was wrong and told me what to do. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I’ll keep their number for if I ever have a real pest problem. (They were bees not wasps)
Called on Monday morning for an appointment and the owner was lovely on the phone. He quickly arranged an appointment for Wednesday afternoon and helped me get rid on silverfish. He was very professional, friendly, down to earth and the prices are decent. Would defo recommend him to others. Go ahead and book him now!

I booked huntsmen pest control and they were very professional with the work they carried out. Sebastian and Esteban worked extremely well and put everything back the way it was. Excellent work Sebastian and Esteban
Birmingham Pest Control offers a wonderful, professional and courteous specialist approach to any issue with nature entering home- wasps, rodents etc. Highly recommended! Thank you for your attention to detail, fantastic customer care on site as well as on the phone and support throughout.
We recently used the services of Birmingham Pest Control after encountering rodents in our loft space! The service received was excellent! Booking appointments were prompt and the treatment received did the job intended! I'd happily recommend Birmingham Pest Control and will happily use their service again when needed!! 5*****
Very impressed with the professionalism from BPC today. Went and checked in the loft, out on the roof. Targeted the exact spot for two treatments. Excellent health and safety. He wasn't in a rush to spray the roof with a 5 meter pole and run, like I've experienced from other companies over the years. Highly recommended!
