Have a rat problem in my loft. They came out 2 weeks ago laid bait and charged £150 and said someone would call in 10 days to come get their bait back. I phoned them up yesterday to let them know it's been two weeks I haven't had a call back and I can still hear the rats. Got someone out this morning. They checked their bait and said it's all gone and no signs of a rat. They laid more bait and said they'll schedule another visit and the cost of a third visit is £60. I have refused the third visit and they have taken back their bait. Now looking for another company to help or try and solve the problem myself.
They were great to deal with. Efficiently solved our bed bug problem, were thorough and very knowledgeable. Wayne was a pleasure to deal with and on hand to answer any questions.
Would highly recommend this company. They responded to our call quickly and came at a time that suited us. Very thorough and knowledgeable and gave us useful advice. We will definitely use again if required.
