I noticed wasp activity under the guttering above our front porch and knew we needed help to remove them. Fortunately my wife had spotted an IPC van in the next street during one of her walks. I filled the get a quote form online late on Tuesday evening. Wednesday morning I contacted the office to arrange the work to be carried out, was informed that I would be contacted by one of their mobile operatives. By late afternoon the job was done. I checked for wasp activity around 4hrs later - nothing, all gone. Very fast and efficient service. I would use IPC again should the need arise and will recommend to family and friends.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to my family or friends, they were excellent from start to finish. Louise whom I spoke with several times on the telephone was so helpful and explained everything, helping me to feel confident that the issue regarding my garden shed would be solved. She even phoned me back with a suggestion in order to help save me money, for which I was very grateful. The two technicians arrived exactly at the time I was told, they explained everything in detail and asked if I had any concerns. Kev was brilliant, friendly and thorough with excellent knowledge and managed to get into difficult areas of our non-boarded loft and solve the issue. Sorted the issue within a couple of weeks trying a few different techniques. Highly reccomend.

After an ongoing rat problem for the last two winters, i reached out to IPC to help to find points of entry. The response was quick and a thorough survey of my property was done, highlighting areas and possible places of access.
