Thanks so much to Neil for coming to the rescue at such short notice yesterday when what I thought was a dead pigeon came down our chimney! The pigeon was actually alive, and after care and consideration and assessing its condition, Neil managed to free it safely from the chimney and release it through the patio window. It flew off unharmed and happy 🤗. Neil was a total professional, he cleared all the debris from the fireplace and secured the area with infection control. I was really stressed about our cat, and Neil reassured me the solution was safe around pets. He then gave me great advice about securing the chimney to stop it happening again, and I’ll definitely be using his services to do this shortly. Can’t recommend enough! Thanks so much again Neil!
