Manchester-based Pest Solutions was contacted by a customer dealing with an issue involving woodlice. Mark returned the call and, after hearing the problem described, advised tackling the underlying damp issue first rather than booking a visit that was not needed.

The customer valued that honesty, remarking that other firms might have charged for an unnecessary visit. The account centres on the guidance provided over the phone and the root-cause approach, reflecting the bird control service listed among the company's specialisms. The reviewer states they would use Pest Solutions again if a similar need arose.
