Paid £255 for three visits. Paul (the engineer) was highly professional and very measured. He explained every step that he was taking and gave good advice for keeping mice away in future. The firm attended at the times they said they would, and kept me informed via phone calls and texts. The firm uses unmarked vans if that is important to you.
Got advice from John. He didn’t charge me for the consultation. He just explained that they were mice not rats. Thanks very much for the advice
