I honestly couldn’t recommend Family Man M24 Pest Control highly enough—10 stars if I could! I came across Gavin while out walking my dog and happened to stop for a chat about an issue I was having. He took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and later followed up with a very reasonable quote. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about doing the job properly. What really stood out to me was his approach—this isn’t just pest control, it’s ethical pest control. He made sure the birds were protected, not harmed. The young birds were safely placed on the roof once they were ready, and they flew off into the trees with their parents. Absolutely amazing to see that level of care for wildlife. The work itself was spot on—clean, tidy, and thorough. He proofed all the ingress points along the gutter, and I’ve been reassured I won’t have any further nesting issues. Reliable, friendly, an expert in what he does, and clearly passionate about both his work and the environment. I genuinely wouldn’t go anywhere else now and will be recommending Gavin and his company to everyone. **********
Absolutely amazing. Called Gavin in a state over hearing ? rats in the loft. He was at the house an hour later. So reassuring and helpful. Fantastic service from a genuinely nice guy. Would recommend 100%
Gav is the most amazing man! I was so scared we had mice in our floorboards, we called him 8pm Saturday evening, he was at our house by 9am! Absolutely amazing service, so knowledgeable and reassuring! Honestly I will sleep tonight knowing everything is okay! Thank you so much! Very reliable and very knowledgeable, great guy!
I can highly recommend M24 Pest Control. I rang at around 12pm as we had a wasp nest in the cavity and some entered the house. It was all sorted within a few hours. Great, reliable company.
I rang Gav at 8.30pm and he didn’t hesitate to come round and help with a mouse I had hiding in the skirting boards. He was there within 30 minutes and did all he could to solve the problem, making me slightly less of a wreck. Gav made it clear that if there was any problems or further disruption from the little guy, he’d be right back to sort. What an amazing service, would absolutely recommend. Massively appreciated his immediate help.
Amazing service from Gavin, he came very quickly to resolve a wasp nest which was coming into my house. Gavin was very professional and cleared the problem very quickly. I would highly recommend.
