Its main services include pest removal, prevention, and proofing for rodents, insects, birds, and wildlife.

Speed and clear communication emerge as the themes running through the feedback for this Manchester pest control specialist. Several buyers describe how quickly their initial enquiries were handled, with quotes provided promptly and visits arranged within a day or two of the first call. The work itself, whether removing a deceased badger trapped behind a garage or treating a mouse problem in a basement, is repeatedly characterised as thorough and effective, with the underlying issue resolved rather than merely patched over.

Reviewers frequently highlight the professionalism of the team, noting that explanations were given at each stage and that nothing was left unclear. Tidiness and consideration for the property also come up, alongside a friendly manner that put occupants at ease during what could otherwise be an unpleasant situation.

The pricing is consistently described as fair and reasonable for the work carried out, and the environmentally conscious approach is mentioned with approval. The call handler receives particular praise for being clear and efficient when taking details. Customers describe returning to the company for future needs, citing the combination of rapid response, effective treatment and genuine helpfulness as the reason. The removal of a dead badger from behind a garage stands out as one example of the varied animal control work undertaken.
