We were allocated Lewis who carried out an initial inspection of the property and advised on issue and specific treatment plan. Lewis kept lines of communication open between treatments and carried out treatments independently securing the property afterwards. This was a huge help as it meant that there was no need for us to arrange time off work to attend each time. Treatment now complete and happy with the result.
Reported a suspected squirrel in our awkward ground floor loft space with no obvious entry last Friday. The same day Lewis came over to investigate. He worked methodically through all the possibilities each visit. He successfully captured the squirrel and blocked the access point the following visit. Also inspected the rest of the house and garden for other pests and provided great tips/suggestions, on top of a daily report. As well as providing a 5-star service, he's a really nice guy that checked what we were happy with at each stage of the 5 visits. Also very punctual with great communication around visits. Won't hesitate to contact again if any other pests issues arise.

Connor helped with a treatment of a wasp nest at our home. Good communication prior to punctual arrival and the steps involved were clearly explained before starting treatment, as well as what to expect afterwards. A very good service from a knowledgeable professional. Recommended Edit: 2nd visit to treat wasps, located source and applied second treatment. Received good advice in advance re: behaviour of wasps and what to expect.
Lewis was brilliant. We had some serious rat issues and he couldn’t have been more diligent, thoughtful and proactive. Learned a lot, gave us sound advice on what to do and was a pleasure to be around. Couldn’t recommend him / the team more highly.
